  Becky the manager was amazing, my diamond fell out my engagement ring and she organised for this to be repaired and reset, she explained it will come back looking like a new ring, and she wasn’t wrong. It looks and feels amazing.

  I went in in May to look for a watch for my son’s 18th birthday. Sameed was a star. Friendly and helpful, and very patient when my son wanted to look at multiple watches and then the earlier ones again! No pressure just helpful and friendly service which is a rare treat these days.

  Sameed is a great asset to H.Samuel. He is approachable and professional. A few weeks ago I needed help with a watch that was from Ernest Jones. Yet Sameed was keen to help anyway, his professionalism is a great representation of H.Samuel and will definitely shop here in the future 👍
